Job Title:

IT Infrastructure Support Specialist

Job Summary:

We're seeking a skilled IT Infrastructure Support Specialist to provide tier 1 and 2 technical support and assist with system administration, network design, virtualization, and IT operations. This role is key to ensuring our users and infrastructure operate efficiently and securely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and mobile issues
• Assist in network architecture, system configuration, and virtualization (Hyper-V)
• Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, and Azure/Entra environments
• Support patch management, STIG documentation, and asset tracking
• Maintain IT documentation and Knowledge Base articles
• Ensure infrastructure uptime across data centers and plant locations

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in IT support or infrastructure roles
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and PowerShell
• Experience with Azure/Entra, Intune MDM, and hybrid environments
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills
• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field
• U.S. work authorization and export control eligibility required

Preferred Certifications:

• Cybersecurity or Fortinet certifications
• ITIL Certification

This role offers a salary range of $60,000.00 to $73,000.00 per year, based on skills and experience.
