Job summary

Southwest Public Schools is seeking an IT Manager to serve as the primary contact for campus technology needs and staff support. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and classroom tech issues, manage help desk requests, and maintain district devices across multiple campuses.

The role collaborates with the Director of IT to ensure secure practices, accurate documentation, and reliable systems with strong customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of progressively responsible IT support or network administration experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience with diverse student populations and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary IT contact for campuses and staff.
• Monitor and resolve help desk tickets, priorities escalations as needed.
• Configure and maintain network equipment and district devices.
