ICL’s IT Infrastructure Support Engineer role in the New York City area contributes to the day-to-day deployment, management, monitoring, maintenance, support, and incident response for ICL’s IT infrastructure. Network infrastructure includes cloud services, firewalls, switches, wireless access points, cabling, security cameras, telephony systems and endpoints.

This position is part of a team delivering excellent IT service and support by phone, in-person and through remote tools to staff across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• Experience: Managing Microsoft Active Directory networks.
• Experience: Managing firewalls, switches, WAPs and SDWANs.
• Experience: Managing Enterprise-level VoIP solutions.
• Certifications: CompTIA A+, Network+ or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Provide tier 1 and 2 IT support by phone, in person and remote sessions.
• Follow established procedures to resolve common IT support requests.
• Provision and prepare IT equipment for staff.
• Maintain IT records, including asset management.
• Participate in on-call after-hours rotation.
• Collaborate with users to understand objectives and deliver great service.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Stay current with technology trends and develop technical skills.
• Develop, maintain, and enforce ICL tech policies and procedures.
• Manage IT projects as assigned by supervisor.
• Communicate changes and incidents proactively to staff.
