Related Ross, based in West Palm Beach, seeks a Desktop Support / Infrastructure Specialist to deliver day-to-day and advanced IT support across a multi-office environment. You will own end-user device support, network connectivity, AV/Presentation hardware, and asset management while collaborating with remote IT teams.

The role requires hands-on problem solving, self-sufficiency, and the ability to work on-site five days a week in a fast-paced setting with minimal supervision.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience.
• One or more of ITIL, Microsoft, network certifications such as Network+ or CCNA.
• Experience in IT and building system management of Class A retail, office and/or mixed-use asset.
• Understanding of building IT and telecommunications systems.
• Understanding of property management issues.
• Must have technical experience supporting teams of at least 100 employees.
• Strong communication skills and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Knowledge of systems administration, networking, security and workstation/server OS.

Responsabilidades

• Provide executive level customer support across multiple offices.
• Be point of escalation for IT matters and coordinate with colleagues/vendors.
• Own incidents and ensure timely resolution or follow-up.
• Provide on-site coverage during business hours and on-call support.
• Manage asset inventory including network hardware and video/AV equipment.
• Assist with network hardware management and onboarding of new employees.
• Install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot end-user devices.
• Support network design and maintenance tasks.
