Related Ross in West Palm Beach seeks a Desktop Support / Infrastructure Specialist to provide day-to-day and advanced IT support across multiple offices, ensuring stable network operation, AV/presentation equipment performance, and smooth onboarding for new staff.

The role will involve on-site coverage, on-call support, asset management, and collaboration with remote IT teams. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and experience supporting 100+ employees are required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience.
Experience supporting teams of at least 100 employees.
Strong communication skills with ability to handle conflicts calmly.
Ability to adapt to fast-paced environment with multiple offices.
Knowledge of workstation and server OS, networking, and security.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day and advanced IT support across Related Ross offices.
Own incidents from initial triage to resolution with coordination when needed.
On-site coverage during business hours and on-call support.
Manage IT onboarding: configure equipment, set up accounts, install software.
Support network design and maintenance; manage CCTV, access control, and video systems.
Coordinate tech installations for property management, engineering, and security.
Maintain tenant request records and ensure adherence to codes and regulations.
Perform asset management for network hardware, printers, phones, and AV equipment.
