Job summary

Related Ross in West Palm Beach is seeking a Desktop Support / Infrastructure specialist to deliver day-to-day and advanced technical support for the IT network, AV/presentation equipment, and end-user devices. The role reports to the Senior Director of IT and supports multiple offices with on-site coverage and on-call availability.

The ideal candidate has experience supporting teams of 100+ employees, a Bachelor’s in Computer Science or equivalent, and certifications such as ITIL or Network+.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT and building system management of Class A retail, office and/or mixed-use asset.
• Understanding of building IT and telecommunications systems.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience.
• One or more ITIL or network certifications (e.g., Network+ or CCNA) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive level IT support across multiple offices and for senior management.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot end-user devices and peripherals.
• Assist with network hardware, CCTV, access control, and video systems maintenance.
• Coordinate onboarding for new employees and ensure active network accounts.
• Maintain inventory and asset records; collaborate with remote IT teams as needed.
