Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or a related field
Equivalent combinations of education, certifications, and work experience will be considered
Cisco certification (CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent) strongly preferred
Cybersecurity certification (Security+, CISSP, CISM, CEH, or equivalent) strongly preferred
VMware certifications(s) a plus

Responsibilities

Oversee reliable day-to-day operation of technology services that support faculty, staff, and students.
Administer Active Directory and identity management, Windows Server, VMware, and cloud services.
Manage identity and access management (IAM), NAC, MFA, disaster recovery, and remote VPN access.
Monitor, maintain, and optimize network, server, cloud, and virtualization environments for availability and security.
Administer Zoom Phone and VoIP services with provisioning, licensing, and reporting.
Develop cybersecurity policies, incident response, and regulatory compliance for K-12 data privacy.
Evaluate and implement new technologies while maintaining existing system security.
Provide support for UniFLOW Online cloud printing.
