Job summary

Milken Community Schools is seeking a Systems & Network Administrator to support the school's technology infrastructure. The role includes administering the network, servers, storage, and cloud services, with emphasis on reliability, security, and service delivery to faculty, staff, students, and families.

The position collaborates with the Technology Department, handles MDM for devices, and participates in cybersecurity initiatives while reporting to the Director of Technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience supporting enterprise network and systems infrastructure.
• Experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and Azure AD.
• Experience with MDM platforms; Mosyle preferred.
• Strong networking, OS, and virtualization knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Administer, monitor, and troubleshoot wired and wireless networks.
• Manage cloud platforms and identity services (Google Workspace, M365, Azure AD).
• Oversee enterprise servers, storage, virtualization, and backups.
• Support endpoint devices (macOS, iPadOS, Windows) and manage MDM.
• Provide incident response support and maintain documentation.
