Job summary

ADP, Inc. seeks a senior IT Infrastructure Manager to oversee reliable day-to-day technology services supporting faculty, staff, and students. You will run critical systems, security, and cloud services while ensuring secure, scalable solutions across on-prem and cloud environments.

Key duties include managing Active Directory, VMware virtualization, identity management, and enterprise networking. Strong cybersecurity, MFA, and incident response experience are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7–10 years of enterprise IT infrastructure experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME and administrator for enterprise infrastructure.
• Administer VMware, Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, M365, Azure/Entra ID, Google Workspace and Cisco network infrastructure.
• Manage IAM, NAC, MFA, privileged access, endpoint protection, vulnerability management, disaster recovery, and remote VPN.
• Monitor and optimize network, server, cloud, and virtualization environments for high availability and security.
• Administer Zoom Phone and VoIP licensing and reporting.
• Support cybersecurity policies, incident response, audits, and data privacy standards for education.
• Evaluate, implement, and support new technologies while maintaining stability.
• Support UniFLOW Online cloud printing.
