Job summary

Forest Hills Public School District is seeking a Manager of Infrastructure and Operations to direct all IT infrastructure, networks, and end-user platforms across the district. Qualifications

• The candidate should have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive IT infrastructure and operations management experience including leadership.
• Hands-on experience with servers, network, virtualization (VMware), cloud SaaS operations, storage, security, DR/BCP, monitoring, and telecom.

Responsibilities

• Direct all aspects of systems, services, infrastructure, networks and end user platforms across the district.
• Provide leadership, strategic vision, and collaboration with the Director of Technology.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, and performance requirements for infrastructure and operations.
• Coordinate technology projects, maintenance, and incident response; ensure high availability and SLAs.
• Develop IT policies, security, data retention, backup/recovery, and access control.
