Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years in IT infrastructure and operations management with team leadership.
• Extensive knowledge of enterprise server systems, LAN/WAN, virtualization, cloud/SaaS, storage, cybersecurity, DR, monitoring, and telecom.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate technical teams, hire and manage performance.
• Strong budgeting and project management skills, ability to deliver on time and within budget.
• Excellent communication with non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee continuous operation of district applications and IT infrastructure with 24/7 monitoring.
• Collaborate with directors to address internal and customer support needs.
• Develop change management and SLA processes to maximize uptime.
• Lead technical staff to monitor and resolve issues and meet objectives.
• Manage budgets, schedules and performance requirements for network operations.
• Plan cloud migrations and major upgrades.
