Job summary

Related Ross in West Palm Beach seeks an experienced Desktop Support / Infrastructure specialist to provide day-to-day and advanced IT support across multiple offices. You will ensure stable operation of IT networks, AV/Presentation equipment, and end-user devices, sit in West Palm Beach, and report to the Senior Director of IT.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT and building system management of Class A retail, office and/or mixed-use asset.
• Understanding of building IT and telecommunications systems.
• Understanding of property management issues.
• Ability to perform written assignments, including reports, proofreading and editing.
• Highly organized and goal oriented.
• Ability to quickly adapt to new priorities and deadlines in a fast paced environment.
• Agile in complex situations, anticipating and adjusting for problems/roadblocks.
• Strong character and work ethic.
• Clear decision making capabilities.
• Support and inspire an innovative operating culture.
• Technical experience supporting teams of at least 100 employees.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive level customer IT support across multiple offices.
• Act as point of escalation for IT matters.
• Own incidents and coordinate with IT colleagues/vendors for timely resolution.
• Provide on-site coverage during business hours and on-call support.
• Asset management including network components, printers, video conferencing hardware, phones.
• Assist with managing network hardware for workstation connectivity.
• Configure new employee equipment and onboarding with network accounts.
• Install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot end-user hardware and software.
• Support network design and maintenance tasks.
• Coordinate installations for property management, engineering and onsite security departments.
