We are a Microsoft partner, using 80% Microsoft products including Azure, MS 365, AD, Windows Servers and workstations, IIS, SQL Server and SharePoint. We also work with Apple technologies, VMWare, VEEAM and various mobile devices. We manage our clients’ networks using remote management tools.
The IT Specialist is expected to provide services with a high level of competency and independence, demonstrating experience and ability in multiple disciplines within the field. The right candidate must be comfortable working with data centers, clients, internal networks and development teams. The right candidate must also be detail oriented, and must enjoy technology, learning, and business strategy.
The IT Specialist will be responsible for handling support tickets, and the position requires strong technical skills in the following areas:
The candidate must possess excellent customer service, planning, problem-solving, goal setting, quality and time management skills. Relevant work experience with a track record of help desk and networking support is a plus. Understanding of hardware and software (PCs, laptops, smartphones, tablets, printers, general office equipment, Microsoft Office, Current Windows Desktop and Server OS, etc). Ability to troubleshoot client issues while remaining calm and managing time lines. Networking or Microsoft Server related certification is a plus. Previous MSP or consulting experience is desired but not required.
