Job summary

Related Ross in West Palm Beach seeks an IT Desktop Support / Infrastructure specialist to ensure stable operations for the IT network, AV/Presentation gear, and all user PCs. You will install, configure, maintain, and optimize hardware and software, collaborating with remote teams across offices.

The role requires hands-on support, strong communication, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision. On-site work five days a week is expected.

Qualifications

Experience in IT and building system management of commercial properties or large teams.
Ability to manage multiple tasks across offices with minimal supervision.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with networking, systems administration, and security best practices.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day and advanced technical support for Related Ross IT network and user devices.
Own incidents from start to resolution, coordinating with IT staff and vendors as needed.
Offer on-site coverage and on-call support outside normal hours.
Manage asset inventory including printers, video conferencing equipment, and phones.
