Job summary

Jewish Federation of Palm Beach County is seeking an IT Support Analyst to handle first-line desktop and infrastructure support, ensuring full functionality of systems and applications. You will design and test hardware/software solutions, document configurations, and assist with AV setups for events across Palm Beach County.

Candidates should have 2–3 years of enterprise support, Office 365, and VOIP/teleconferencing experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
2–3 years enterprise desktop/infrastructure support experience preferred.
Experience with Office365 and Microsoft networking environments required or preferred.
Experience with VOIP systems and teleconferencing tools (Teams/Zoom) preferred.
Ability to lift 50 pounds and travel within Palm Beach County as needed.

Responsibilities

Provide first-line technical support for applications, networks and ITS infrastructure.
Consult with staff to ensure full functionality of systems and applications.
Design, test and document hardware/software solutions based on staff needs.
Assist with audio/visual setups for meetings and events.
Maintain detailed records in the ticketing system and update service tickets.
Travel to remote locations within Palm Beach County to deliver services.
Communicate resolution steps to users and mentor staff as needed.
Stay informed on new product releases and trends useful to the company.
