Job summary

Delaware North is seeking an IT Implementation Analyst in Buffalo, NY to ensure effective implementation of standard applications for properties and the business. You will document configurations, develop automations, and train stakeholders to enable smooth deliveries.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent in information management, business administration, computer science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in hospitality/entertainment with exposure to information security.
• Working knowledge of enterprise systems such as POS, hospitality, and Microsoft Productivity Suite.
• Experience in documentation, training, and project management.
• Experience with Python scripting, PowerShell, and Postman.
• Experience in leveraging APIs to interpret system configurations.
• SharePoint and ServiceNow experience is a plus.

The opportunity

Delaware North is hiring an IT Implementation Analyst to join our team in Buffalo, New York. This role will be responsible for ensuring that the needs of the properties and the business are met by providing the tools necessary for completion of standard application implementations. This role will be the resource for documentation and implementation automation for updates, upgrades, and new implementations.

Pay

Minimum - Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $68,800 - $92,900 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. What will you do?

• Work with product team and project team to assist in implementations elements.
• Work with project team to identify property interfaces, data requirements and any exceptions to an Implementation.

• Learning systems to create repeatable processes for implementation and training purposes.
• Document the complete configurations necessary for a stable delivery anticipating the unique client requests that may occur during at implementation.
• Plan and create automations that will ensure proper configuration governance of a successful implementation.
• Develop and engage users in training programs.
• Prepare documents and materials for seamless handoff to the client delivery and support teams.
• Comply and enforce IT and Company-wide policies and procedures

More about you

• Associate's degree or equivalent in information management, business administration, computer science, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in the hospitality, entertainment, or related industry with exposure to information security
