Great Hill Solutions is hiring a Sr Program Manager, IT Human Capital Management Support for an opportunity with DHA. This role involves managing the IT workforce, focusing on military and civilian personnel support, manpower planning, performance management, and other human capital activities within DHA.

Responsibilities:

• Support military personnel management activities.
• Assist in civilian personnel management processes.
• Contribute to manpower planning and workforce development.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of manpower, performance management, workforce planning, and human capital management.
• Understanding of Army, Navy, and Air Force personnel and manpower programs and regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), SharePoint.
• Familiarity with DoD and Defense Health Agency is highly desired.
• Detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Active Public Trust Clearance.
