Position: Procedural Capital Account Manager

This remote-based, customer-facing role involves selling and supporting the Procedural Capital portfolio, which includes:

  • General and specialty surgical tables
  • Surgical and examination lights
  • Equipment management systems
  • Operating room storage cabinets
  • Warming cabinets
  • Scrub sinks and other accessories for hospitals and ambulatory surgery centers

Location Requirement: Candidates must be based in Rochester, Albany, Syracuse, Ithaca, Utica, or Binghamton to support and service customers in these areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Forecast and analyze sales and orders monthly, quarterly, and annually.
  2. Provide accurate forecasts for manufacturing and financial purposes.
  3. Maintain current knowledge of products and market dynamics to meet customer needs effectively.
  4. Share competitive insights from various sources.
  5. Record customer feedback and complaints through proper channels.
  6. Balance current customer needs with prospecting new business opportunities.
  7. Utilize sales resources to maximize outcomes and provide optimal solutions.
  8. Engage with professional organizations such as AORN or AACN, including participating in meetings and conferences as an educator or exhibitor.
Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • At least 3 years of sales experience exceeding goals
  • Minimum 2 years in B2B or medical device sales
  • Experience in selling new products and increasing utilization
  • Ability to travel up to 25% overnight
  • Compliance with hospital/customer credentialing requirements

Preferred:

  • Experience in medical and capital equipment sales
  • Knowledge of hospital purchasing processes, including roles of National Accounts, GPOs, IDNs, and Distributors
  • Success in selling IT solutions or video integration
Benefits and Compensation:

We offer a comprehensive benefits package including base salary plus incentive, vehicle reimbursement, cell stipend, health benefits, 401(k), parental leave, tuition reimbursement, and more. The pay range is $60,000 with on-target earnings of $180,000, including commissions. We ensure pay rates meet or exceed local minimums based on various factors.
