Job summary

Restaurant Depot is seeking a Help Desk Technician to provide technical support for employees and maintain reliable day-to-day technology operations across the organization.

The ideal candidate will troubleshoot Windows/Microsoft 365 environments, manage user accounts, assist with onboarding, and work across multiple locations in a fast-paced wholesale setting. Excellent communication and customer-service mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in help desk or desktop support
• Experience providing Level I/II support
• Experience with Windows 10/11
• Experience with Microsoft 365 apps and services
• Knowledge of Active Directory and Entra ID
• Basic TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi, network troubleshooting
• Experience with ticketing systems
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Customer-service mindset

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to employees through phone, email, chat, and ticketing systems
• Diagnose and resolve escalated hardware, software, network, connectivity, and peripheral issues
• Support Windows workstations, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
• Troubleshoot Microsoft 365 apps and VPN/Wi-Fi connectivity
• Escalate complex issues to IT teams
• Document troubleshooting steps and maintain knowledge articles
• Maintain inventory records for IT equipment and assets
