Qualifications

One year or 45 credits of college-level coursework in computer science or a closely related field.
Two years of experience providing computer hardware and software support.
Major industry certification for desktop support practices accepted.
Three years of experience providing computer hardware and software support.

Responsibilities

Provide specialized customer service for routine operation and maintenance of computer hardware and software.
Install, maintain, and troubleshoot workstations, printers, and software applications.
Identify and resolve software and hardware problems and coordinate resolutions.
