Job summary

The George E. Booth Co. is a family-owned industrial automation sales company seeking a full-time IT Helpdesk Technician to support hardware and software in-person at our Greenwood, IN office.

The ideal candidate will have ERP software knowledge, excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to interface with colleagues at all levels. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• ERP software knowledge is preferred.
• Ability to interface with individuals at all levels within the organization.
• In-person position located in Greenwood, IN.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily performance of computer systems.
• Provide hardware and software support for users and devices.
• Set up equipment for employees, install OS and software.
• Diagnose and resolve problems; maintain records of actions.
• Develop training materials and train users in proper usage of hardware/software.
• All other duties as assigned by supervision.
