Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product selection, prepare quotations, and follow up.
• Develop understanding of technical products (pressure, flow, resistance, etc.).
• Troubleshoot situations with customers and interpret problems.
• Enter orders into ERP and Salesforce to support the Technical Sales team.
• Document quotations and follow up through Salesforce/ERP.
• Process all orders through GEBCO ERP system.
• Make day-to-day pricing decisions within established parameters.
• Coordinate with outside sales to develop accounts in the territory.
• On-site interaction with customers as needed.
