Job summary

CloudHQ, LLC is seeking an IT Helpdesk Technician to support desktop, remote, and site IT services for our data center team. You will configure Office 365, Windows OS, and cloud apps, create user accounts, and train users while managing equipment and handling on-call support.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in technical support, strong communication, and the ability to multitask and prioritize. On-site role in Manassas, VA with potential weekend/after-hours support.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of three years in technical support.
• Experience with computer networking, PC/Mac environments, server support, and phone system administration.
• Experience with Office 365, Entra ID, and Remote Desktop support systems.
• Strong communication and customer service orientation.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and be self-motivated.
• On-call and occasional weekend/after-hours support possible.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure Office 365 and Windows 10/11, plus cloud-based apps and third-party software.
• Set up new user accounts and provide basic system training.
• Respond to IT support requests, diagnose issues, and escalate when needed.
• Maintain equipment inventory and monitor system updates.
• Perform routine maintenance and pursue self-learning of new technology.
• Handle special projects as assigned.
