Job summary

CloudHQ LLC in Ashburn, VA is seeking a Systems Administrator to keep our IT environment running smoothly for staff, vendors, and site teams. You will install and support Office 365, Azure, Intune, and Windows 10; manage devices, network services, backups, and security policies; respond to requests, diagnose issues, and document repairs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical support experience.
• In-depth understanding of computer networking, PC/Mac environments, server support, phone system administration.
• Experience with Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Azure, Remote Desktop support systems.
• Strong communication skills with excellent customer service orientation.
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and be self-motivated.
• Availability for on-call support and occasional weekend or after-hours support.
• Knowledge of Cloud Technologies such as ShareFile, SharePoint, Intune.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, Windows 10, and other software.
• Arrange for purchasing and supply of IT equipment across sites.
• Respond to IT support requests, diagnose issues, and provide resolutions.
• Monitor system updates and perform routine maintenance.
• Develop and maintain local networks and ensure security of systems.
• Provide orientation and guidance to users on new software and equipment.
