Job summary

CloudHQ in Manassas, VA seeks an IT Helpdesk Technician to keep our data center team productive. You will provide desk-side, remote, and on-site support, install software, set up user accounts, and troubleshoot issues to ensure uptime.

Requires 3+ years in technical support, strong communication, and experience with Office 365, Windows 10/11, and remote tools. On-call and occasional after-hours work are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School Diploma.
• At least 3 years of technical support experience.
• Experience in computer networking, PC/Mac environments, and server support.
• Familiarity with Office 365, Entra ID, and remote support tools.
• Strong communication and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure Microsoft Office 365, Windows 10/11, cloud apps and other software.
• Set up new user accounts.
• Provide basic system and software training for users.
• Respond to IT support requests, diagnose issues, and escalate when needed.
• Maintain equipment inventory.
