Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience within an IT Support role (Network/Hardware).
• Customer-service oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Proficient experience with Microsoft Office 365.
• Basic Troubleshooting skills (Password resets, printer installs & troubleshooting, end user connectivity support, network troubleshooting).
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
