Job summary

Amazing Care Home Health Services in Aurora, Colorado is seeking a Support Analyst to maintain and support our IT systems, hardware, and software. You will ensure secure, efficient operation and provide end-user assistance across the organization.

You'll manage Microsoft 365 services, support device setup and upgrades, and help staff adopt our IT tools while protecting patient information and responding quickly to issues. On-call duties are required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant IT experience or equivalent education.
• Experience managing Microsoft 365 environments.
• Familiarity with Ubiquiti UniFi network systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer-focused and responsive.
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-changing IT environment.
• Ability to manage tasks, prioritize work, and take ownership.

Responsibilities

• Support daily IT operations across hardware and software.
• Provide end-user assistance with device setup, installation, troubleshooting, repairs, maintenance, and upgrades.
• Monitor Microsoft 365 services, including user licensing and security groups, and perform basic account maintenance.
• Orient staff to IT systems and tools, maintain confidentiality of patient and company information, and report system changes or issues.
• On-call duties are required.
