Job summary

Amazing Care Home Health Services in Aurora, Colorado is seeking a Support Analyst to maintain and support our IT systems, hardware, and software. You will ensure secure, efficient operation and provide end-user assistance across the organization.

You'll manage Microsoft 365 services, support device setup and upgrades, and help staff adopt our IT tools while protecting patient information and responding quickly to issues. On-call duties are required.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of relevant IT experience or equivalent education.
  • Experience managing Microsoft 365 environments.
  • Familiarity with Ubiquiti UniFi network systems.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer-focused and responsive.
  • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-changing IT environment.
  • Ability to manage tasks, prioritize work, and take ownership.

Responsibilities

Overview

The Support Analyst is responsible for the day-to-day support of all hardware, software, and IT systems at Amazing Care HHS. This role ensures smooth operation of technology, provides end-user support, and helps maintain secure and efficient systems across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

The Support Analyst supports daily IT operations across hardware and software systems, providing end-user assistance with device setup, installation, troubleshooting, repairs, maintenance, and upgrades. This role monitors and maintains Microsoft 365 services, including user licensing and security groups, and performs basic account maintenance and troubleshooting. The analyst helps orient staff to IT systems and tools, maintains strict confidentiality of patient and company information, and reports any system changes or issues that may impact the organization.

Requirements
  • At least 1 year of relevant IT experience or equivalent combination of education and certifications
  • Experience managing Microsoft 365 environments
  • Familiarity with Ubiquiti UniFi network systems
