Qualifications

• The candidate should have 1–2 years of Help Desk or IT Support experience.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS is preferred.
• Experience with Windows, Microsoft 365, Entra, and AD is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for internal IT support requests via phone, email, and ticketing system.
• Troubleshoot Level I hardware, software, printer, and peripheral issues.
• Provide password resets, account access assistance, and general system questions.
• Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff and document resolutions.
• Manage ticketing system and ensure timely resolutions.
