Talent Groups in Madison, WI is seeking an experienced IT Help Desk Technician to provide frontline support in an enterprise environment. The role requires 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Teams, Intune, and Apple devices.

You will handle phone, email, ticketing, and walk-in requests, performing Tier 1 and Tier 2 troubleshooting for PCs, laptops, and mobile devices.

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience in IT Help Desk, Service Desk, or Desktop Support environment.
• Hands-on experience with Windows 11 and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Intune.
• Good understanding of desktop computers, laptops, peripherals, and mobile devices.
• Hands-on experience with software installation, deployment, PC imaging, and post-image configuration.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance through phone, email, ticketing systems, and walk-in support.
