Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 1 year of IT help desk experience.
• Experience providing end user support, software/hardware troubleshooting, and installations.
• Preferred MCP and Network+ certifications; CJIS/security considerations may apply.
• Valid New Mexico driver’s license and ability to obtain CJIS certification.

Responsibilities

• Receive and document IT issues via phone/email and create Helpdesk tickets.
• Install/configure computers, peripherals, and phones; support voice mail and phone system.
• Administer local servers, Active Directory accounts, and email; assist with backups.
• Deploy workstations, relocate equipment, and configure mobile devices.
• Train users on security, access, and productivity tools; assist with remote support when possible.
