Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED with 1 year IT help desk experience.
• Experience with end-user computer support and peripherals.
• Preferred MCP and Network+ certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user IT support via phone, email, and ticketing.
• Troubleshoot software, hardware, and printer issues.
• Set up and configure phones, emails, and devices.
• Administer local servers and user accounts.
• Assist with security procedures and backups.
