Job summary

Brasseler USA Inc. is seeking an IT Helpdesk Support professional to provide first‑tier support for PCs, printers and peripherals in our Savannah, GA environment. You will escalate issues as needed and assist the IT Helpdesk Manager to ensure phones are staffed and tickets are tracked.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of relevant experience, familiarity with Active Directory, Windows OS and basic networking, and a customer‑focused approach in a fast‑paced healthcare technology setting.

Qualifications

• Experience with Active Directory and AS400.
• Knowledge of Cisco networking and IP phones.
• Familiarity with Hyper‑V VMs on Windows Server.
• Experience with Windows OS and Office applications.
• Experience with imaging software and deployment tools.
• Proficient in PowerShell scripting.
• Understanding of Windows deployment and imaging workflows.
• Knowledge of antivirus technologies and security best practices.
• Experience managing mobile devices and endpoint security.
• Familiarity with network protocols and computer hardware.

Responsibilities

• Provide first‑line IT and hardware support for PCs, notebooks and printers.
• Create and modify user accounts and mailboxes; resolve basic incidents.
• Assist in problem/resolution tracking and escalation when needed.
• Manage inventory of toner, parts and accessories; assist with projects.
• Test software and operating systems for compatibility and update licenses.
