The role focuses on Windows and Microsoft 365, password resets, and ticket tracking with escalation as needed. Full-time position offering $18–$25 per hour and opportunities to grow in IT.

Qualificações

• 1+ year of helpdesk or IT support experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 preferred.
• Associate degree or technical training preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to and document IT service requests and incidents
• Provide first-level troubleshooting for hardware, software, email, and system issues
• Support Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365 applications
• Reset passwords and assist with user account support
• Escalate complex technical issues to appropriate IT teams
• Track and update tickets through resolution
• Maintain accurate documentation of issues and solutions
• Deliver professional and timely support to end users
