Job summary

Remedy Staffing in Tallahassee, FL is seeking a first-level IT Support Specialist to assist end-users with desktop hardware and software issues. This role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, and a pay rate of $22–$25 per hour.

The ideal candidate will diagnose and resolve basic technical problems, install and maintain desktop systems, and provide timely, customer-focused support across the organization.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree in a related field preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of related IT experience.
• Valid Florida driver’s license required.
• Must be 21+ with at least 2 years of licensed driving experience.
• DMV record review required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve first-level desktop hardware and software issues.
• Install, maintain, and support desktop systems and related equipment.
• Use diagnostic tools and established procedures to identify technical problems.
• Provide timely technical assistance to staff across the organization.
• Escalate complex issues when appropriate.
• Deliver professional and responsive customer service.
