Job summary

Batchelor & Kimball, Inc. seeks an experienced IT Helpdesk Administrator to join our onsite IT team in Conyers, GA. You’ll manage a diverse workload, troubleshoot tickets, and deliver exceptional employee support across the organization.

From day one you’ll impact IT operations and contribute to our growth. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in a helpdesk role, strong Windows 11 and hardware troubleshooting skills, and experience with ADUC and Cisco Meraki.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a helpdesk role.
• Strong troubleshooting for Windows 11 and hardware.
• Experience with Active Directory Users and Computers (ADUC).
• Experience with Cisco Meraki products and iOS/iPadOS.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Proactively monitor and manage the helpdesk ticket queue, taking ownership of support requests and ensuring timely resolution.
• Investigate complex technical problems, identify root causes, and implement solutions with clear end-user communication.
• Escalate issues when appropriate and collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders to resolve technical issues.
• Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and procedures to improve knowledge sharing.
• Create, modify, and terminate user accounts in Active Directory and other systems.
