Batchelor & Kimball in Conyers, GA is seeking an experienced IT Helpdesk Administrator to join our onsite IT team. You will troubleshoot and resolve helpdesk tickets, support employees from the shop floor to the CEO's office, and maintain user accounts in Active Directory.
The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of Windows 11, hardware issues, networking, and iOS devices, with at least 3 years in a helpdesk role. College IT degree is a plus; MSP experience is highly valued.
