Ivy Tech Community College is seeking an IT Support professional to assist staff, faculty, and students with everyday classroom technology, hardware, and software. Under the IT Director, you will tackle Helpdesk tickets, maintain equipment, and support printers, projectors, scanners, and network devices.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and user support in a positive, professional manner.
• Process Helpdesk tickets to resolve incidents within SLA and escalate as needed.
• Support desktop/laptop devices, printers, projectors, document cameras, scanners, and network gear.
• Communicate via phone, email, or in-person to maintain excellent service.
• Develop troubleshooting guides and guidelines to aid others.
