• Maintain networks and computers in instructional labs (installation, rack configuration, imaging drives, wiring, upgrades, and troubleshooting).
• Assist School of Computing and Informatics instructors with lab preparations.
• Control inventory of hardware and software for networking labs.
• Provide open lab hours for students outside class times.
• Maintain a lab logbook and produce usage reports.
• Set up and lead a laboratory; monitor labs and keep them tidy.
• Provide supplies for each lab and assist with cleaning and organization.
• Tutor students and ensure compliance with department policies.
