Job summary

Jimmy Jazz is seeking an IT Help Desk Technician to be the first point of contact for employees needing technical assistance, ensuring hardware, software, and network issues are resolved quickly.

You will support Windows and Mac, manage Active Directory, mobile devices, printers, VoIP, and contribute to IT workflows, knowledge base, and security initiatives while delivering friendly, customer-focused service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT-related field.
• Minimum two years of IT support experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
• Experience with Active Directory and user administration.
• Experience with mobile device management and VoIP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for IT requests across hardware, software, and end-user tech.
• Investigate issues, identify root causes, test fixes, and document results.
• Triaging requests through multiple channels with accurate ticket documentation.
• Escalate issues per SLAs and provide timely updates to users.
• Support networked devices, printers, and VoIP telephony.
• Assist with cybersecurity initiatives and backups as needed.
