Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, chat, or ticketing system.
• Maintain IT asset tracking and inventory management processes.
• Install, configure, and support hardware, software, printers, and devices.
• Collaborate with internal teams and third-party IT providers to resolve issues.
• Assist with deployment, maintenance, and relocation of IT equipment.
• Evaluate software/hardware and provide recommendations.
