This role covers troubleshooting, asset management, documentation, and delivering excellent customer service to sustain reliable technology across multiple facilities in Gillette, WY.

Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork are essential; experience with remote tools and ticketing systems is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT/CS preferred.
• Experience with Windows environments and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, remote support, and in-person assistance.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, printer, and network connectivity issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, peripherals, and business applications.
• Create, prioritize, update, and close support tickets in the ticketing system.
• Maintain documentation, knowledge base articles, and IT asset inventories.
• Assist users with Microsoft Office, email, browsers, mobile devices, and business apps.
• Provide end-user training on software and IT best practices.
• Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff as needed.
