Job summary

Universal Logistics Holdings is seeking an IT Support Services Technician to assist the organization’s user community with technical needs across systems and applications. A large portion of time will be spent troubleshooting over the phone and in person, with a focus on delivering effective solutions and maintaining documentation.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and resolve software and hardware incidents, including OS issues and various applications.
Assist users with IT incidents when called upon.
Take ownership of issues and apply fixes to restore service quickly; escalate when needed.
Document and update user requests in the IT ticketing system.
Configure and deploy IT equipment and manage software/hardware upgrades.
Provide high-quality customer service to all users.
