Job summary

JRK Property Holdings is seeking a Help Desk Technician to provide technical support to internal users. The role focuses on troubleshooting hardware and software issues, assisting with systems, network and server maintenance, and timely resolution of helpdesk tickets.

You will respond to requests promptly, install and maintain hardware/software, and collaborate with the IT team to ensure efficient operation in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate or Bachelor’s preferred.
• Experience as a Help Desk Technician or similar role.
• Proficiency in Windows and Mac operating systems.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Customer-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for internal users.
• Respond to help desk tickets promptly and provide technical support.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software components.
