Job summary

Greenpoint Technologies, Inc. is seeking an IT Help Desk Analyst to be the first point of contact for IT support across our organization.

In a network-heavy environment with a large facility footprint and a sizable remote workforce, you will deliver fast, friendly, and effective technical assistance to keep employees productive and downtime to a minimum. This is a temporary position employed through an agency, requiring strong customer service and the ability to work across multiple platforms

Qualifications

• AA in Information Technology or equivalent with 3+ years IT help desk experience.
• Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Outlook, and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with VPN, remote desktop, and remote support tools (e.g., Bomgar).
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier I support for hardware, software, network, and application issues.
• Log, prioritize, and resolve help desk tickets via multiple channels.
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding tasks and device provisioning.
• Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions for knowledge sharing.
