Qualifications

• Experience providing IT help desk support to end users.

• Comfort with printer/scanner maintenance and basic imaging/deployment tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support to end users, including password resets and basic hardware/software repairs.
• Install and troubleshoot applications and computer equipment.
• Respond to calls and emails for technical support efficiently.
• Document, track, and monitor support requests for timely resolution.
• Escalate complex issues to the Service Desk Team Lead as needed.
