Job summary

USPh (U.S. Physical Therapy) is seeking a dynamic Help Desk Technician for our corporate office in the Briarforest area of Houston. You will provide frontline IT support to end users and help keep our clinical and administrative teams connected.

This on-site role requires flexibility across shifts, strong problem-solving, and the ability to resolve issues efficiently while documenting requests and working with the Service Desk system.

Qualifications

• Experience providing first-level IT support to end users, including remote or on-site assistance.
• Ability to troubleshoot basic networking, software and hardware issues.
• Familiarity with Windows 11 Professional and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Experience with ManageEngine Service Desk Plus is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support to end users, including password resets and basic device issues.
• Install and troubleshoot applications and computer equipment.
• Respond to telephone and email requests for technical support promptly.
• Document, track, and monitor support requests to ensure timely resolutions.
• Image and deploy computers to the field and Houston location.
• Close a minimum of 16 work orders per day.
