Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• One year of experience in customer service, help desk support, technical support, or equivalent.
• Basic proficiency in computer operations and account/password management.
• Understanding of fundamental troubleshooting concepts.
• Strong customer service orientation with clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer service across support channels.
• Serve as the first point of contact for Help Desk requests and log incidents accurately.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware, software, and system issues; escalate as needed.
• Monitor, prioritize, and manage incoming requests for timely responses.
• Document interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system and knowledge base.
• Follow Help Desk procedures and escalate when necessary.
• Provide basic end-user device support and follow imaging and procedures.
