Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer emails at the Help Desk.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues per established procedures.
• Analyze and document reported outages/incidents.
• Determine severity and impact; escalate when needed.
• Coordinate with team members and use ticketing tools (Freshdesk, ServiceNow).
• Complete onboarding/offboarding for staff deployments.
• Perform hardware and software installations.
• Oversee deployments and relocations across sites.
