Job summary

Cubiscan is seeking an IT Help Desk Technician to provide frontline support for hardware, software, connectivity, and user-access issues. This role serves as the primary contact for IT requests, troubleshoots common problems, and documents resolutions, with potential to expand into more IT systems responsibilities.

Based in Ogden, UT, the position offers ESOP participation, growth opportunities, and a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

Minimum of one year of hands-on IT help desk or desktop support experience.
Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 applications.
Ability to diagnose and resolve common hardware, software, and connectivity issues.

Responsibilities

Respond to employee IT support requests via phone, email, ticketing systems, remote tools, and in person.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, OS, printer, network, and VPN issues.
Install, configure, and maintain computers and mobile devices, software, and peripherals.
Assist with user account provisioning and access permissions.
Provide support for Microsoft 365 and Windows environments.
Document resolutions and updates in the IT ticketing system.
Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when needed.
Assist with onboarding/offboarding and asset tracking.
